Employment and Interns
Our donors are in touch with their inner children!
Donors are the kind people in our community that give us money to keep the museum open, hold fun camps and programs, and make our galleries even better!
Turn work into play!
Your Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum is an equal opportunity employer that offers a one-of-a-kind working environment. Whether you’re a gallery assistant, grant writer or office professional, you’ll learn new skills, meet local families and have lots of fun!
Our staff benefits from a diversity of backgrounds and skills. If you’re interested in an open position, fill out an application and tell us what sets you apart and how you’d work with our team to improve the museum.
We don’t currently have any positions open, but you’re always welcome to stop by and fill out an application. We will post any future openings here and on our Facebook page.
Get work experience for the job of your dreams!
We offer internship opportunities throughout the year through local universities and via independent student-by-student cases. Working with museum staff, interns gain hands-on real-world experience in educational programming, marketing and communications, volunteer recruitment and management, retail merchandising and customer service, grant writing, and general business skills.
If you’re interested in applying for an internship, fill out our internship application below or speak to your academic advisor to see if your school already has an internship partnership with us.
